REPROGRAMMING INSTRUCTIONS
Hand transmitters should only be used by persons who know how to operate the remote controlled door system.
Always keep transmitters out of the reach of children.
STEP 1
LEARN CODING: This process is meant to transmit the code from an existing handset to a new handset.
Connect both hand transmitters using the enclosed coding plug.
Note: Both sides of the plug may be used identically.
STEP 2
Press and hold the button on the existing handset as shown. The LED on the handset will turn on.
STEP 3
Press and hold the same button on the new learning handset. After a few seconds the LED on the new handset will glow continuously. The new handset has now learned the code.
STEP 4
Remove the coding plug.
NOTE:
If you don't have a working hand transmitter, you will need to code the new handset following the method in the original user instruction manual for your operator model.
REPLACING BATTERY
To open the remote, insert a penny into the notch on the top of the remote and pry apart the case.
