Description
A pair of cones and cables to suit Henderson premier canopy garage doors, manufactured 1992 onwards. Cables have a stop end on the end of the cable. Includes 2 roll pins & 1 tension pin.
Note: Colour of cones may differ from originals. Cones are handed left and right as marked on the cone.

Fitting Instructions

- Using toggle bar or screwdriver in plug A, rotate shaft to ease spring pressure.
- Insert crook pin into right hand head bracket (1) and secure door within openings.
- Remove side jamb channels (2) and head bracket bolts (3).
- Remove door arms (4) from head bracket and door by withdrawing split pins (5).
- Detach free crimped end of cable (6.) from roller spindle clip (8).
- Remove and discard cables and cones by driving hollow pin (7) from cone and shaft, using a hammer.
- Replace cones ensuring that white cone is on the left hand side and black cone on the right hand side.
- Ensure that cones are correctly fitted by checking that cable fixing points on cones are aligned with each other.
- Fix cones using new hollow pins and hammer.
- Refit the spring assembly and head brackets then replace door arm jamb channels by reassembling in reverse order.
- Refit new cable by clipping into cone and roller spindle clips (8).
- Ease spring pressure using toggle bar and remove crook pin.
- Allow spring to take up slack, ensuring that cables are in the outer groove, run down behind the cone and that roller spindle clips (8) are in position, as shown.
